1. Where is your furniture made?

All our furniture is made on site in our factory at 37 Killarney Rd, Hamilton.

2. Do you custom design and make furniture?

Yes we do! We have qualified staff that will guide you through the furniture design process and our skilled craftsmen will build your customized furniture to very high standard.

3. Do you have a showroom where we can view your work?

Yes, we have many pieces of furniture on display in our Hamilton Showroom but we produce well over 900 different designs of furniture. With 5 popular wood types and a choice of 4 different stain finishes this extensive combination ensures you can get just the look your wanting to achieve.

4. What are the payment options?

You can pay for your furniture by cash, cheque, eftpos, credit cards ( Visa and MasterCard only), Direct credit or we have easy finance terms available (credit approval required).

5. What timbers do you use?

American white oak, Ash, walnut, New Zealand Beech, Pacific Rimu and Kauri sourced from the Fiji Islands. All timbers are sourced from suppliers in accordance with the NZ Forest Amendment Act (RMA). All exotic timbers are only purchased from reputable timber merchants who can verify their sources.

6. Do you deliver?

All local deliveries are transported in our own furniture truck and we arrange all other deliveries with reputable transporters ensuring your furniture reaches you in a safe and sound condition.

7. Can additional furniture be ordered later and will they match?

Living Style reserves the right to change styles and designs at any time; however we can match to any of our previous design. Finish may very over time, and to match to existing furniture, we would request a drawer or door to colour match to.

8. Can i supply my own timber?

Sorry No, we only use our own timber supply, due to the technical process the timber undergoes before manufacturing. This ensures furniture is up to our highest standard and our 10 Years warranty.
